ਇਸ ਵਿਚ ਇਕ ਨਾਵਲ ਤੇ ਕੁਝ ਹੋਰ ਕਹਾਣੀਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਪੇਸ਼ ਕੀਤਾ ਗਿਆ ਹੈ । ਨਾਵਲ ਵਿਚ ਇਕ ਪਿੰਡ ਦਾ ਹਾਲ ਦੱਸਿਆ ਹੈ ਜੋ ਇਕੋ ਜ਼ਿਮੀਦਾਰ ਦੀ ਮਲਕੀਅਤ ਹੈ । ਬਾਕੀ ਸਭ ਉਸਦੇ ਮੁਜ਼ਾਰੇ ਹਨ, ਜੋ ਪੂਰੀ ਤਰ੍ਹਾਂ ਉਸ ਇਕ ਮਾਲਕ ਦੇ ਰਹਿਮ ਉਤੇ ਹਨ । This includes a novel along with some other stories. The novel depicts the condition of a village that is entirely owned by a single landlord. All the other villagers are dependent on the mercy of this one owner, as they are all his tenants.
