ਇਹ ਪੁਸਤਕ ਉੱਚ ਆਤਮਿਕ ਸ਼ਕਤੀਆਂ ਦੇ ਮਾਲਕ, ਨਿਰਭੈਤਾ ਤੇ ਦ੍ਰਿੜ੍ਹਤਾ ਸਰੂਪ ਅਦੁੱਤੀ ਯੋਧੇ ਅਕਾਲੀ ਫੂਲਾ ਸਿੰਘ (1761-1822) ਦਾ ਖ਼ਾਲਸਾਈ ਜੀਵਨ ਹੈ, ਜਿਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਖ਼ਾਲਸਾ ਰਾਜ ਦੇ ਵਿਸਤਾਰ ਲਈ ਅਹਿਮ ਭੂਮਿਕਾ ਨਿਭਾਈ ਅਤੇ ਅਕਾਲ ਤਖ਼ਤ ਸਾਹਿਬ ਦੇ ਜਥੇਦਾਰ ਵਜੋਂ ਮਹਾਰਾਜਾ ਰਣਜੀਤ ਸਿੰਘ ਨੂੰ ਵੀ ਸਜ਼ਾ ਸੁਣਾਈ । ਇਹ ਰਚਨਾ ਦੁਰਲਭ ਅੰਗ੍ਰਜ਼ੀ, ਫ਼ਾਰਸੀ ਤੇ ਪਸ਼ਤੋ ਦੀਆਂ ਤਵਾਰੀਖਾਂ ਅਤੇ ਪਰਪੱਕ ਰਵਾਇਤਾਂ ਦੇ ਆਧਾਰ ’ਤੇ ਲੰਬੀ ਖੋਜ ਉਪਰੰਤ ਤਿਆਰ ਕੀਤੀ ਗਈ ਹੈ । 

Akaali Phoola Singh book is written by Baba Prem Singh Hoti Mardan about the Khalsa life of the unique warrior Akali Phoola Singh (1761-1822), who possessed great spiritual powers, fearlessness, and determination. He played a crucial role in the expansion of the Khalsa Raj and even delivered a sentence to Maharaja Ranjit Singh as the Jathedar of Akal Takht Sahib.
