ਗਾਚਨੀ ਨਾਲ ਪੋਚੀ ਜਿਸ ਪੱਟੀ ਉੱਤੇ ਅੱਖਰ ਲਿਖਣ ਦੀ ਮੁਹਾਰਤ ਕਰੀਦੀ ਹੈ, ਉਸ ਪੱਟੀ ਨੂੰ ਮੁੜਕੇ ਗਾਚਨੀ ਨਾਲ ਪੋਚ ਦੇਣਾ ਹੁੰਦਾ ਹੈ, 1935 ਤੋਂ ਜੋ ਸੰਗ੍ਰਹਿ ਛਪੇ, ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਉੱਤੇ ਗਾਚਨੀ ਫੇਰ ਕੇ, 1970 ਤੋਂ ਪਹਿਲਾਂ ਛਪੇ ਸਿਰਫ਼ ਸੱਤ ਸੰਗ੍ਰਹਿ ਲੇਖਿਕਾ ਨੇ ਇਸ ਪੁਸਤਕ ਵਿਚ ਦਰਜ ਕੀਤੇ ਹਨ । ਪੱਥਰ ਗੀਟੇ 1946, ਲੰਮੀਆਂ ਵਾਟਾਂ 1948, ਸਰਘੀ ਵੇਲਾ 1951, ਸੁਨੇਹੜੇ 1955, ਅਸ਼ੋਕਾ ਚੇਤੀ 1957, ਕਸਤੂਰੀ 1959 ਤੇ ਨਾਗਮਣੀ 1964 ਪੱਥਰ ਗੀਟੇ ਵਿਚੋਂ ਸਿਰਫ਼ ਚਾਰ ਨਜ਼ਮਾਂ ਲਈਆਂ ਹਨ, ਬਾਕੀ ਸਾਰੇ ਸੰਗ੍ਰਹਿ ਕਰੀਬ ਪੂਰੇ ਦੇ ਪੂਰੇ ਇਸ ਪੁਸਤਕ ਵਿਚ ਹਨ ।
The work involves the intricacies of the writing process, where the paper must be handed back to the poet after crafting the words. The author has compiled seven collections published before 1970, starting from 1935. These include "Pathar Gite" (1946), "Lammiyan Vataan" (1948), "Sarghee Vela" (1951), "Sunehri" (1955), "Ashoka Cheti" (1957), "Kasturi" (1959), and "Nagmani" (1964). From "Pathar Gite," only four poems are included, while the rest of the collections are presented in their entirety in this book.
